After several Invensys-Eurotherm field and laboratory tests now, UAS-Germany (one of our added value partners), we will install a 24 positions continuous fiber glass bushing control system based on LTC = “load tap changing” technology, Foxboro PAC T2750 and Wonderware System Platform. The end-user will receive a high efficient, improved power factor and reduced harmonics running system. We are now also convinced that such technology will improve fiber breakage, fiber quality and will elongate bushing life. If you do want to have more information, feel free to contact me. A white paper on the subject is in preparation. Meanwhile we are available for getting you up to speed on this new technology in a meeting. Simply invite us!
